The history of the LuckyMe label owes much to two major Scottish Art Schools: Glasgow School of Art and Edinburgh College of Art. The first shows we played were in their venues and degree shows and our first groups were formed in art school halls of residence. As we grew up within our various courses; our music, our friends and our designs became inextricably tied in a weird sort of synestesiatic blend.

With musicians influenced by their sculpture courses and graphic designers making their own visuals for their live show we slowly and naturally evolved into a unique d.i.y record label and a fully qualified design consultancy able to undergo work in a wide variety of media: print, web, film & branding.

With a roster of award winning artists ( D&AD, YCN, BJP, Tomorrows Leaders - to name a few ) who have in our short years worked with the cream of the UK's design companies ( Graphic Thought Facility, Browns, ISO - to name a few ) - we work together in the spheres of fashion, art & music to come up with beautiful, sympathetic and timeless work in a disposable world of visual media.
